Introductory meeting (1 day)

As a first step, the team at SureDeploy can help you determine the gaps in your existing security and compliance processes, and identify where you are most vulnerable.

Discovery workshop (2 days)

We’ll then take a deeper dive into your organisation, your existing device management processes, needs and requirements. This is when we’ll discuss any specific security requirements, or existing licensing and budgetary considerations.

Planning (1 week)

Once equipped with an in-depth understanding of your needs, we’ll put together a plan for how we’ll roll-out SureDeploy, get your Microsoft Intune environment set up with our pre-configured policies, and integrate it all with your existing systems and processes.

Acceptance (2 weeks)

We’ll then give you some time to absorb the plan and approach, garner stakeholder approval if required, and determine if there’s anything else we need to consider.

Onboarding (3 weeks)

We then roll-out your solution in accordance with our agreed plan, so you can start onboarding your users as soon as possible. Our team is there to help at every step.

Can application packaging be used for SCCM or other MDM platforms?
Yes, SureDeploys application packaging outputs can be avariety of extensions to suit your MDM platform e.g. msi, exe etc.
Can I sign up for month to month?
Yes, user accounts are tallied and billed a the end of each month.
Why are there setup costs?
The cost of setup is something that is flexible with each project. As tenants and application listings can be quite varied we have given ballparks on our 'Getting started' page to help people understand this, based on typical scales we see. Setup ensures your tenant is onboarded and configured within weeks, leveraging our predefined policy sets and baselines. Setup also reduces the steep learning curve that is associated withIntune and MDM application packaging.
How many security policies are in the library?
Baseline and preset policies are currently over 800+ as og January 2023. A policy set example includes CIS, Essential 8 level 2, etc.
Can security policies be changed?
Yes policies from the library can be thought of as a starting point. Equally as your requirements change policies can be changed via our SureDeploy portal or directly via Intune.
Are all application fees the same?
No, application packaging fees are split in to 3 tiers and are dictated based on a few variables. for example size and complexity of the application and dependencies. Fees are also flexible based on volume and amount of customisation and Q&A required. A sanity check call with our team can help answer specific questions.
Can you package my custom application?
Yes, custom applications are supported. We typically have a discovery call when custom apps are requested.
How soon can I get setup started?
2 weeks is the typical lead time for our project team, this can be confirmed and expectations set during thequoting process.
Can Partners resell?
